Jerry Kroon

Jerry Kroon is a 60-year resident of Coupeville. Jerry and his family own #4 Front Street on Coupeville's historic waterfront. Jerry is currently the Executive Director of Eastside Legal Assistance Program (ELAP) providing legal aid to low-income residents of King County. Jerry did his undergraduate work at Seattle University; he is currently working on a Masters in American History. Jerry and his wife Roxanne are the proud parents of two grown children and Flaps the wonder dog.
