Bruce Porter, MD

As a resident of Whidbey Island, Bruce Porter, MD, is thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute to ensuring that fellow islanders have access to the highest quality healthcare right here at home.

Bruce was an active member of the Seattle medical community from 1984 to December 2014, when he retired as the Co-Medical Director of Swedish/First Hill Diagnostic Imaging. He is an internationally-recognized lecturer on Magnetic Resonance Imaging and ultrasound, as well as a consultant to imaging equipment and Computer Automated Design manufacturers for advanced clinical applications. He shares the joy of retiring to Whidbey Island with his wife Sharon.
